Artificial Intelligence is hailed by many as the most important technology ever created - but is it really? What can it actually do? And where is it realistically going?

In this course, acclaimed tech expert and AI curmudgeon Allyn Robins will give you a pragmatic look at what AI is, what it has been, what it will be, and how we got here.

This course is a hybrid course with a short weekly recorded lecture and a 90 minute Zoom meeting to discuss and do hands-on learning activities. You will also get a short weekly curated list of things for you to listen to, read, and watch.

The Zoom session for this class is at:

  • Saturday 12:00 pm NZST
  • Friday 5:00 pm Pacific
  • Friday 8:00 pm Eastern
